Information on how we can sell your Knitting Machines and Accessories.

| If you would like to know if we are interested in your items send us a list either by e-mail at cknitmfg@tekstar.com or by calling us at 218-238-5882 or Faxing the information to 218-238-6079. We can then give you an estimate of what we can sell your items for.
If you would then want us to sell them we would have to have them shipped to us at your expense. We then can check them over, clean them, add any parts that are neccessary. Be sure you include any Manuals and all parts for the Machine or Accessory. By Checking the Manual it will give you a list of what should be with the machine, if you can't find an item, and it is something that is needed we would then add it to the Knitting Machine or Accessory. It would be listed on the Sales Slip as a charge item, and taken off your part of the Sale. You will find at the end of this page a Contract that we would send to you listing all the items that we recieved from you. When you get a Check from us a slip will be with it telling what has been sold along with the price. You can then cross it off your Contract.

| CONSIGNMENT OF KNITTING MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES CONTRACT
I will pay for all advertising done to sell your machine and accessories. I will also collect and pay all sales tax charges on the Knitting Machines and accessories. We do all the packing and shipping, if neccessary, to get it to the customer in excellent condition. If any item is purchased using a Credit Card a charge of 5% is made only to your amount minus my commission. When the total of sales is $100.00 or more I will send you a check and receipt with the total amount of the sales, listing what has been sold. A (V) after the item will indicate if a Credit Card was used. My commission for selling your machine is 25%. With your first check the slip will tell you what work was done to you items if anything. This will be subtracted from your total sale.
If I need to clean the machine a charge of $35.00 is made. I usually charge $70.00 for cleaning but do figure 1/2 should be my share. Sometimes new parts will have to be put in which will be in addition to the cleaning charge. If other items need cleaning they will be charged according to the amount of time spent. By doing this I am able to get a better price for your products. If anything is missing I will first call you so that these items can be found. If an item cannot be found it will then be purchased and charged to your account.
Our Insurance does not cover any items that are here on consignment, in case anything should happen that we couldn't control.

If, after six months your items have not sold, I may choose to lower the prices to help facilitate the sale. I do, however try to get the best price for you. Once items have been put on consignment they cannot be returned for 6 months or a fee of $100.00 will be charged. This is to cover my time and Internet costs I have for advertising your items. If after the six months you want the items back there will be no fee. Thank you for letting me sell your items.
